Maintal Technology Park, convenient on/off ramp to Autobahn A70 (interstate)

The Office for Economic Development can currently offers only in the Maintal Technology Park areas for commercial and industrial uses. Many significant companies have already settled here. Young companies can rent halls with a corresponding office unit in the Maintal Opportunity Center.

Information about available areas as well as prices can be found in the Pdf overview map. (The blue lines between the gray plots mark only a virtual property size, because these areas have not yet been officially measured. Therefore it is possible, to adapt other plot sizes and cuttings to your needs.)

Industrial Park Hafen-Ost

In the south of Schweinfurt is the port with about 250 ha of industrial and commercial areas. All properties in this area are already marketed. Industrial and craft enterprises, service providers and large-scale retail companies are located there.

Mixed Industrial Estate Am Hainig

At the B 303 in the neighborhood to the municipality Niederwerrn, there is an approx. 50 ha comprehensive Mixed Industrial Estate Am Hainig. The Founding-Innovation-Counseling Center Schweinfurt (GRIBS) as well as the Schweinfurt office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry are also located here. In this area, you will find predominantly handicraft and retail businesses.

The urban properties were sold to a large extent. An exception is a remaining area, which is connected to the GRIBS. Undeveloped areas are therefore usually privately owned.
